What made you want to become an Office Manager: “Providing patients with above and beyond service is very important to me. I also enjoy solving the challenges that insurance companies present our patients with.”

Why do you enjoy working in the dental field?

“It is important to me to help patients understand and maximize their insurance benefits. I also love getting to know patients and their families, making people smile every day fills my heart with joy.“

Jenny graduated from the dental hygiene program at Carrington College in 2014 and has been practicing hygiene ever since.

What made you want to become a Dental Hygienist: "I always wanted to work with people and be able to help them, but I also wanted the flexibility in a schedule to spend lots of time with my family. Dental Hygiene is perfect for this, and I get the added bonus of loving what I do."

Why do you enjoy working in the dental field?

“I like that I'm able to work with patients and get to know them and their families all while being able to provide them great care focused on their overall health."

Hobbies in free time:

"Spending time with my husband and our son, being able to get out in our gorgeous state and explore. I also love getting back to Wisconsin and seeing my family there when we can.

"It makes me happy when I see patients have confidence in their smile."

Hobbies in free time: "I love to spend time with my husband. We enjoy going to the Duck games, the beach, hiking, and shopping. My furbabies, Harold and Henry, get a lot of our time and love too."

Laurel started her career in the dental field in 2008 after graduating from Shasta-Trinity Regional Occupation Program as a Registered Dental Assistant.

What made you want to become a dental assistant?

"I spent a lot of time in the dental chair as a child and always had great experiences. I wanted to provide the same level of comfort to patients that I experienced as a child."

Why do you enjoy working in the dental field?

"The opportunity for growth is never ending in the dental field. I love learning new things every day."
