Your Visit
Upon Your arrival for your first visit with us you will be welcomed with a big smile and can enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee, or chilled juice while filling out the necessary paperwork we will need to better assist you. Please be sure to bring in your insurance card and your daily scheduler so we can assure an appointment day and time that will best fit your schedule. Your initial appointment with us will consist of approximately ninety minutes, on this visit we will provide an evaluation and discuss with you any existing dental conditions and your treatment needs, you will then be scheduled for the appropriate amount of time with our hygienist for your professional cleaning or periodontal treatment.

Dental Insurance Policies
If you have dental insurance, we will gladly process all claims but please be sure to give us updated and accurate information. If a claim is not paid after 30 days, we may ask for your prompt attention in the matter to help the claim get processed. Further delay will result in the the claim being closed. This means that you will be expected to pay the amount in full, then go to your insurance company for reimbursement. In addition, if a claim has paid but a balance remains, it will be necessary for you to pay the balance in full. Of course if a credit results from an overpayment on your account, we will promptly issue a refund check or credit to your credit card depending on method of payment.
If you have any questions regarding these policies, please do not hesitate to ask. We look forward to building a valuable relationship with you and your family so if you should ever find your visit anything less than exceptional, please let our office manager know.

To make your visit with us more comfortable...
The ADA recommends the following for good oral hygiene; we recommend it for regular prevention and protecting Investments.
- Brush your teeth at least twice a day with fluoridated toothpaste
- Clean between teeth daily with floss or an inter dental cleaner
- Eat a balanced diet and limit the in-between snack meals
- Visit your dentist regularly for professional cleanings exams and oral cancer screenings
- Replace your toothbrush head every 3 - 4 months
Dr Melodee Tran and her staff understand how uncomfortable and uneasy dental visits can be. That is why we want to make your visit with us a relaxing experience. We offer the following:
- Nitrous or oral sedation
- Virtual reality glasses to enjoy a movie during a longer appt
- A warm blanket to make you feel secure
- Headphones with a variety of music to choose from or feel free to bring your own
- A neck pillow
Before and after the appointment, be sure to treat yourself a freshly brewed cup of coffee or chilled juice in our lobby.
As a team we are committed to providing you with quality service using quality materials, and labs to assure maximum results, there for we make available to you dental products such as the oral b triumph to assure overall health to your teeth and gums as well as other take home products such as fluoride and interproximal brushes.
Note: Financial and Broken Appointment Policy
It is important to us to provide you with an appointment that is convenient for you, and we make every effort to remain on time therefore, we ask if for any reason you are not able to keep your scheduled appointment that you give us 48 hours notice so we are able to accommodate another patient that may need to get in sooner. If you are unable to give us 48 hours notice there may be a cancellation or broken appointment fee of 50.00-150.00 per hour depending on the type of appointment and length of an appointment.
We understand that emergencies arise and you may not be subject to these fees.
Payment is due at time of service, unless other arrangements have been made ahead of time with our Office manager.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks, (Returned check fee of 25.00 dollars does apply) or cash. We do offer outside financing options and can review those options with you at your visit. Any balances after 60 days will result in a finance charge on a monthly basis.
Note: We make every effort to avoid the need to forward your account to an outside collection agency however, in the event we do it will be your responsibility to assume all legal fees incurred.
